Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with Order Electrical until payment has been received in full.
You should inspect all goods promptly upon delivery.
Any shortages, incorrect items, transit damage or defects should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to investigate or resolve the issue.
Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Business Customers do not have an automatic right to cancel once an order has been accepted.
Orders for special-order, non-stock, bespoke, made-to-order, cut-to-length or personalised products cannot normally be cancelled once processing has commenced.
